My friend was in an accident on Oct 14 at 2:10pm on the corner of Highland and Hampton. I realize it’s a long shot, but I’m checking to see if anyone happened to witness the car accident or may even have camera footage from their home they’d be willing to share? The person who hit my friend’s car provided an unavailable phone number and claimed they had insurance but the insurance provider has no match. Thanks for any insights you may have. Megan
