Thank you to all that offered advice. I obtained a trap from the City of Pgh. and was told to put peanut butter in the trap. Animal control will return to pick of the racoons if they are caught. Thanks again, and I wish everyone a safe and happy holiday. J. Everett for Luwanna Adams

Hi -

the City's Animal Control unit provides traps for numerous animals, and will collect the animals if trapped, for a refundable deposit. I was told they release the animals back into the wild.
