hey everyone, i know this is a long shot, but i'm grabbing at straws right now. today i was driving in garfield up north aiken ave. from black street and was hit at full speed by someone driving on the wrong side of the street down the hill at at least 70 mph with no attempts to break. when i got out of the car to talk to him, he said he was going to pull over and then sped away. i never got his license plate or any information. the police were called but my car was towed away and i have my doubts that much will come from looking for him. that being said with the damage to the car he was driving, i doubt he got very far. so, what i'm wondering is if he happen to drive into highland park on his way away from the scene and if there's a possibility anyone out there has any kind of information that might be helpful. if so, please let me, and/or the police know. i'm thankful to be physically okay, but i'm looking at a huge expense for something someone else so recklessly did and won't be responsible for and i honestly don't have the money for. he was a black man, probably in his 30's, average build, short hair, wearing a t-shirt and driving an older model blackish/charcoal gray sedan that would have had severe front end damage. thanks in advance for considering this. i hope he didn't go on to hurt anyone else. kelly
