Ever since about 7-730am this morning there has been a dog barking off and on. I have no idea of the exact location of the dog or whether it’s been outside this entire time(all while it’s been raining). Does anyone know who this dog belongs to? I have heard this dog before and it appears to have separation anxiety from its owner. That’s the only reason I can think of for such continuous barking. If anyone knows of anything or can provide some advice/help, that would be appreciated. Thanks.
