Hi everyone, My wife and I are in the process of making an offer on a house in Highland Park and are looking for advice on a couple of fronts. 1) Can anyone suggest a good mortgage broker? 2) Does anyone have any feedback or advice on a home inspector? Feedback both good and bad would help here....The person who inspected our current home did such a bad job that we still curse him on almost a daily basis.
