Found in the park early Monday morning June 4th. Loose and running free with a Harness type collar, that was so tight it had to be cut off. Great with people, as well as other dogs, and obviously well kept, as he was clean with no mud on paws at the time of being found. Signs had been put up, shelters contacted, but nobody has stepped found. He is well cared for, and was being walked around the park again just this morning.
