Hello everyone! I wanted to reach out to the community because I have a current tenant who is moving and looking to stay in Highland Park. The only reason she is moving out of our townhouse is because we sold it and we are closing mid-June! She has rented from us for over two years and has been an excellent tenant. I do not often highly recommend tenants, but she pays on time every month, has a stable job and a wonderful demeanor. She's very flexible and understanding and will take care of your property. She has a small, friendly dog that is crate trained - she leaves him in his crate while she is at work, which is great for making sure there isn't any damage to your property. Ideally her move in date would be before June 10, but if you have something after that, it is not a deal breaker.
