Neighbors - It's time to break out the chalk & let your inner artist run wild! Highland Parkers are invited to decorate their sidewalks and street fronts. Everyone is invited to wander our lovely neighborhood to enjoy each other’s art. If you need chalk, a limited number of packs will be available on a first come, first served basis Fri & Sat May 29 & 30 at 1315 N.
