I have room in the following Chop, WOK & Talk! hands-on cooking classes: Thai Series: 3 classes/$180.00 9/16, 23, @ 30th. 6:30-9:30 PM 9/16 menu: chicken coconut soup, spring rolls with plum sauce,corn cakes with a spicy cucumber and peanut sauce pork and pineapple red curry, pineapple fried rice & coconut flan with Thai bananas 9/23 menu: chicken satay with peanut sauce, peanut crusted shrimp and mango salad, firecracker shrimp appetizer, sweet and sour chicken, pesto salmon with a spicy sauce & panang curry with beef 9/30 menu: tom yum hot and sour soup, steamed chicken dumplings with peanut sauce, Pad Thai, green chicken curry with vegetables, seafood mango stir fry, and sticky rice for dessert with Thai coffee. One night Tapas & Paella class: $60.00 9/18 6:30-9:30 PM Menu: marinated olives and cheeses, spinach and chorizo empanadas, grilled shrimp in garlic mayonnaise, Spanish omelet, stuffed mushrooms, paella (chicken and seafood saffron rice dish with tomatoes and peas) & Sangria.
