[image: Inline image 2] Wind Chime Workshop *Summer Workshop:* *Saturday, August 6, 3-5 pm* *Cost: $25/person or $40/family or group of four* Celebrate the summer breeze by creating ceramic wind chimes to sing to you on your porch. Use leaves, flowers, and other natural elements to imprint textures into the clay, or use them as stencils against colorful underglazes. You can build your own set of chimes, or create one with your family! Need a quick refresher on that ceramics class you took in high school? Join us for a creative evening playing on the potter's wheel. Participants will learn the basics of centering clay and throwing bowls and cylinders on the wheel. Lead by an experienced teaching artist, this fun and informative workshop is designed for those who are curious about clay or want to further their skills without the commitment of a class. Clay, tools, and firing costs are included. Wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty.
