They installed soap and towel dispensers, extra toilet paper rolls and turned on the hot water. It was great for a little while and then someone vandalized the men's bathroom and threw the toilet into the reservoir. Then the bathrooms were locked and have been since. What is the story? A lovely park of this caliber should have something better than a port-a-potty. At least, please fill the sanitizer in the port-a-potty.
