Hi all, I’m searching for a studio for my art practice. I make visuals, write, and perform, and I’m looking for a space preferably in the east end, so I can bike there after work. I just need something cheap where there aren’t any distractions to put my stuff and do my work. An unused garage or largish shed, a funny commercial space nobody can figure out how to use, a spare room away from a thoroughfare, whatever you’ve got. I’d love a window, and heat if it’s plausible.
