Does anyone know if Pittsburgh Public School playgrounds are open to community use outside of school hours? (I'm thinking specifically about Fulton, but assuming the rule would apply to all PPS's.) I couldn't find any info specific to Pittsburgh online, but it seemed that in most places with such info available the space was available for community use barring any conflict with school activities.
