The Highland Park Garden Club is searching for your Secret Gardens. As you know, the Highland Park Community Council has hosted very successful House Tours in the past. There will be no House Tour in 2020 and the Garden Club is considering hosting a Garden Tour of Highland Park Gardens to share your wonderful garden secrets. Shade gardens, sun gardens, cutting gardens, vegetable gardens, herb gardens, annual gardens, rock gardens, in progress gardens, small gardens, large gardens, potted gardens, perennial gardens - you name it- we would love to meet you and your works of living art. We need at least 10 gardens to host a successful tour. Timing is critical, since we are now in the downward side of summer and need to identify those secret gems for next year’s tour. The 2020 Tour will be limited to your garden areas only and you can participate as little or as much as you wish with the showing. Your entire yard need not be in pristine viewing condition, just the area you may be excited about. We think this is a wonderful way to showcase Highland Park to fellow gardeners.
