It's a sign of spring in Pittsburgh: Tomorrow the 16th Annual PNC Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy Spring Hat Luncheon kicks off at 11:15 in Highland Park's lush entry garden. We've been hard at work setting up tents and ensuring that the gardens are ready for the event, which helps to fund the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy's mission of restoring the park system to excellence. Every effort will be made to reduce the impact on the neighborhood and park users-both during set-up and tear-down (which will be completed by noon on May 4).
