Hi neighbors. Does anyone know if you can take the highland park bridge from highland park and exit at Aspinwall?  Or is that exit closed as well?  If it is still open, does anyone know if it will remain open through the construction?  I am considering doing physical therapy over in Aspinwall and wanted to check on that.
