It has come to my attention that one of our tenants will be moving out July 30th. This apartment is a small studio in good condition from what I understand. I have not seen the inside of the apartment yet, but will do so by this weekend. It will be less than 400.00 a month plus utilities, we pay water,sewage, and garbage....you pay gas,electric and whatever other creature comforts you need :) Once I get a scope of the place, I can give a much better opinion on the price and condition.
