The BGCWPA: * Creates personalized schedules for in-person and virtual mentoring and evidence-based programming (Great Start, TOP, Positive Action) * Monitors goal-setting and tracking (academic and personal goals, as well as probation when needed) * Offers in-person and/or virtual work readiness opportunities * Provides on-site and virtual conflict-resolution training * And initiates community service opportunities While not all of our Clubhouses/programs are open in the wake of COVID-19, we are open in Carnegie, Lawrenceville, Millvale, Duquesne Orchard Park, Penn Hills Charter School of Entrepreneurship, Scott Primary in Shaler, and Somerset county at The Georgian. All Clubhouses offer AFTER-SCHOOL CARE from 3:00-6:30pm for grades K-8. In our non-licensed programs, the cost is $10/week. In our licensed programs (Millvale, Scott Primary, PHCSE), the cost is $90/week but there are deep discounts, scholarships and subsidies available. Teen specific programming is also offered in Lawrenceville and Carnegie from 4-8pm Monday-Friday. The basic cost is $10/ month or free for teens participating in the Teen Outreach Program (TOP). Our Teen Outreach Program, an evidence-based prevention program, will operate out of our Carnegie and Lawrenceville in addition to several school districts and community partners. We can also run the program in other locations, including virtually, and we are looking for more community partners to collaborate with in neighborhoods where youth services are currently taking place.
