Hello Neighbors- The city's Snow Angels program is in need of support. This program pairs elderly or mobility-challenged residents with a nearby neighbor who can shovel and salt for them after snowfalls. There are nearly 300 residents still in need of help this season including a few dozen combined living in Highland Park and nearby areas.
