COVID Vaccine for Highland Park/East Liberty/Morningside residents
Hi all, Your local primary care doc <http://www.gentilefamilydpc.com/> here. I am part of a group of docs that has been chosen to get continued access to the COVID Vaccine. Given that I am a small, micro-practice, we are doing small clinics with about 10 doses at a time, so I wanted to offer it to our community on a consistent basis as available. First date will be on April 2nd, I will have 10 doses available, 2 of which I am reserving for homebound patients in Highland Park/East Liberty/Morningside that I can travel to and give if they are unable to get to my office. If you or someone you know in these neighborhoods qualifies for Phase 1A <https://www.health.pa.gov/topics/disease/coronavirus/Vaccine/Pages/Vaccine.aspx> and is in a vulnerable population unable to get the vaccine thus far, please email me at nurse@gentilefamilydpc.com <mailto:nurse@gentilefamilydpc.com> and we can schedule you as vaccine is available to come to my office. Thank you, Dr. G Natalie Gentile, MD Gentile Family Direct Primary Care, LLC 5655 Bryant Street Suite 108 Pittsburgh, PA 15206 Appointments: Schedule here <https://gentilefamilydpc.as.me/> Text/call the office: 412-219-4613 Fax: 412-329-6573 Follow us on Social Media: Website: www.gentilefamilydpc.com Facebook: @gentilefamilydpc Instagram: @gentilefamilydpc Twitter: @NGentileMD
