Dear Highland Park: In celebration of Earth Day 2018, we're organizing the 1st annual neighborhood clean-up. Over the winter and throughout the year, our streets become lined with bottles, cans, plastic, paper, and other items. If we pull together some teamwork, a little love for our planet, and a bit of hard work, we can brighten up our streets and keep litter out of our waterways and sewers.
