I'm looking to rent a 2 or 3 BR apartment/townhouse/1/2 duplex beginning September 15th or October 1st. I'm a responsible, downtown-working professional with a child, a cat, and a well-behaved but large (approx. 65 pounds) dog. I would prefer a unit in a building that's not a conversion from a single-family house to cut down on potential noise complaints regarding my typical three-year-old son. Yard access, off-street parking, and laundry hookups would also be great. I'm looking primarily in Highland Park, but would also consider Friendship or Regent Square (within the city of Pittsburgh).
