We have an Ethan Allen arm chair about 4-5yrs old, great condition, no rips/stains or tears (see pic). Recently remodeled and it doesn’t work in our space. Great, sturdy, comfortable, high-end chair. Asking $350 *we do have another matching chair if you are looking for a set -- Sarah Ramsey
