Greetings! May your days and hearts be filled with the beauty and richness of this season! The Foundational Yoga class for Tuesday, November 5, (6 a.m.) will be held in the Annex House of the Nuin Center, 5647 Bryant Street (due to the elections booth being in our space for the day!) The Annex House is within the fence of the Nuin Center and is directly in front of the doors to the Conference Center, our current location. In addition to the current 6 a.m. class, I will be adding classes on Tuesday mornings at 8 a.m. to 9 a.m., and 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. beginning November 12 at the Nuin Conference Center.
