I hate to send an email out like this but I have seen Mary Cathcart's name pop up on here quite a few times. I have hired several cleaning people over the last few years and she is one of the worst I have ever hired. I felt the need to let other people know that I would not hire her. She comes across as being very knowledgable but that tapers after time. After a few months using her, I reached my limit today. It looked like our steps were barely vacuumed. All of our bathroom fixtures were not touched. There were toys underneath all of our couches. Our windowsills were not dusted. These are simple things that were done in the beginning but over time she revealed her true colors. She has also cancelled at the very last minute. If anyone has a recommendation, I would appreciate it. I received Mary's info off the message board and I am so disappointed. Please don't reach out unless you are thrilled with your cleaning person. I don't think I have high standards but I could be wrong.
