Learn about financial assistance for Homeowners & Small Landlords
The HPCC is hosting the URA (Urban Redevelopment Authority) at a special Zoom meeting on *Monday, June 13, 7 pm*. URA staff will provide information and answer questions about about two programs now being offered that provide financial assistance to property owners in the city of Pittsburgh: - *Homeowner Assistance Program*: This program provides 0% interest loans for homeowners at or below 50% of AMI (Area Median Income) for various home improvements. - *Small Landlord Fund*: This program provides financing to landlords who need to make repairs in 10 or less rental units. More information about the programs is provided in the attachments.
