Many people were interested in knowing when our fall honey was harvested, so I am back again to let you know that it is ready! Fall honey is dark-colored and rich. I also still have spring honey available, which is light-colored and floral. Please see the order form for all the details. And in the interest of full disclosure, I am only a former Highland Park resident. The honey is from my apiary at my current home in Allegheny Township, which is about 40 minutes NE of Highland Park.
