Hello! I am gauging interest in folks who might be interested in doing a weekly workout together. I am someone (with small children) who needs the extra motivation of meeting someone to actually attempt a workout, I have lots of ideas of things to do, just looking for a buddy or three. It could be a walk, run, bike ride, fitness video (yoga/barre/etc), but at a bare minimum it's in the neighborhood at a time that works for you and FREE! I personally am somewhat flexible on days/time, but am currently thinking weekdays around noon and/or 8:30/9p after (little) kids go to bed. If there's enough of us, we can find times that work for different people. This could be simply a spreadsheet of available times/days and contact information.
