this is the info from last night meeting in regards to the changes the PAT for the BRT project              The 71A NEGLEY                                         will no longer go all the way to downtown, it will go has far as Oakland , to get to downtown you would have to transfer to another bus.                                         or use the Highland bus                                         will no longer travel on Bryant  St , but will stay on Negley and loop around via Mellon Terrace             The 71B HIGHLAND                                         will no longer use N.Saint` Clair or N. Euclid, it will travel  from Highland to Bryant  St. will continue on Bryant to Negley, than stay on Negley                                         and loop around via Mellon Terrace                                         the bus stops will be at Highland, somewhere N. St. Clair ,  Negley and Mellon Terrace             for both buses the layover area will be on Mellon Terrace ,for up to five buses. There will be lost of parking  on Mellon Terrace inbound  and a portion of Mellon st     Dave Grasso
