The Zoning Map Amendment is to change the existing zoning from HC (Highway Commercial) and UI (Urban Industrial) to Specially Planned District 9 (SP-9) and from HC (Highway Commercial) to UI (Urban Industrial). The Zoning Text amendment creates a new sub-district for the SP-9 district.
