Greetings neighbors! I am selling 2 recliners and 1 matching upholstered chair which were purchased for our townhouse, not realizing they would be too big for the family room or living room. (In the showroom, they looked to be the perfect size! It's the same sort of thing that happens with Christmas trees! Out in the field, the tree looks perfect, but once at home, it won't even fit without removing 12 inches!) All 3 chairs are made by "Lazy Boy" and in excellent, essentially new, condition. They are upholstered in a very durable, very textured fabric that is a neutral, tan-taupe color. The "feet" are a dark, cherry color. The dimensions of the recliners are: 38"W, 34"D, 35"H. The chair's dimensions are: 45"W, 37"D, and 35"H. These are very substantial, heavy chairs, and are only being sold because they've been replaced with furniture that is more appropriately sized for my home.
