Neighbors, Please be careful when doing business with Smartscape landscaping. We recently hired him to do work at our place. He didn't do everything that he said he would do (and I have the emails to prove it) and he was supposed to come back and finish but didn't even though I gave him the benefit of the doubt and paid him. Now he won't return phone calls or emails. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else. Harold Love
