[Highland Park] Great Pilates/Yoga class at Union Project!- 2nd announcement
The wonderful pilates/yoga class that I recently wrote about has not been well advertised and should not be missed if you want a great core strengthening class. It is now scheduled on Wednesdays at the Union Project, from 5-6, but will change to 5:30-6:30 in June. Once again the class is a combination of Pilates/Yoga/Dance. I make sure that I save the space for the class in my schedule each week. By registering, you can help ensure that this class will stay close by in Highland Park! Gia really needs to have a core group of participants to make the class worth her while. On the Union Project Calendar, it is written up as: "Community Wellness Class - Gia Cacalano will teach a class designed to lengthen, tone, strengthen muscles while focusing on proper skeletal alignment and core stability.
