Hi, We are in the process of combining a powder room and bath room into one large bath room. There will be electrical wiring and plumbing rework involved. Now, the question is does this work require a blinding permit? We have gotten conflicting answers from contractors we have contacted. We do not want to go thru the entire process only to find that the work should have been inspected. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Rich and Bonnee Bunkerhill
