Hello! Does anyone have an appraiser to recommend for a small 4 unit building that we are trying to have reassessed? I am looking for someone knowledgeable and accredited but also reasonable in what they charge. The building is in Squirrel Hill. Any names would be appreciated!! thanks, Susie
