I recently joined the list. Could someone tell me....How old are these kids?

We are not helping these kids when they think that crime is likely to go unpunished, and their parents and community will not notice their behavior...whether good or bad. It seems that calling the police if they are again spotted looking in cars would be justifiable and a decent act to help neighbors...Officer Gay recommended doing so before verbally alerting kids that they are being watched.
