Hello Neighbors, Did anyone else receive a letter from Massage Heights in Bakery Square announcing that they are closing as of 8/29/19? I have been a member and have been using this facility for over 5 years utilizing their pre-paid services option. The letter states that we have 30 days from July 30th to use accumulated credits. Unfortunately, this is the only location in Pittsburgh that I’m aware of so this is impossible to do. It appears that the company is not intending to issue refunds fir the unused credits. Are there any attorneys in the neighborhood who is willing to look over the contract and provide some guidance regarding options and next steps in recovering the pre-paid fees paid for services that no longer can be provided after 8-29-19 in Pittsburgh?
