Hi , My husband and I each had one of these. They can use a phone connection. It is android and you can hook into what ever service you have. My husband passed away after using it for it for 7 months. I got a new charger for it. It was $299 new . Amazon selling it on sale for $169. I dont need two. I would take $ 50 or closest offer .
