Hello Neighbors, Tomorrow we are celebrating Oktoberfest at Park Bruges. We always do a beer tasting on the 3rd Monday of the month, and this month it just made sense to feature 5 different Oktoberfest beers paired with German fare. The pairing includes Oktoberfest beers from Great Lakes, Ayinger, Hackor-Pschorr, Spaten & Erdinger and 3 small plates. The food includes a green bean & hazelnut salad with pan seared trout, Schupfnudeln (hand rolled potato noodles) tossed with roasted pork belly, onions & apples, and Pork Schnitzel with braised cabbage. The pairing is $35 per person for the food & beer. Please join us if you can. No reservations, just come in anytime between 6-9pm.
