Free 10,000 BTU Amana Window Air Conditioner – Works well. It’s fairly old, not very pretty and is heavy ... but it has cooled my 3rd floor which is the whole size of the house to the point where at times I’ve put on a sweat shirt – no remote. The “no remote” reason is why I replaced it. The weight: I’d guess 50# or more. I hand carried it from my car and up to the 3rd floors more than 10 yrs. ago but that was when I was a lot stronger. I used a hand truck to get it down from the 3rd floor to the porch yesterday. Top of the list: I’d love it if you alone can just carry it or bring a friend to help you and I don’t have to help. Bottom of the list: However, hand truck is still here and I’ll help you get it to your car ... ... *if* no one in the “top of the list” category gets it.
