Hello All I have been informed by both State Senator Jim Ferlo and State Representative Joe Preston Jr that the PA Liquor Control Board is preparing renewal of liquor licenses in our area. The Board is looking for assistance in identifying nuisance bars, restaurants, clubs, beer distributors or retail eating establishments. They are looking for a pattern of license abuse, such as activities involving drug activity, sales to minors, sales after hours, sales to visible intoxicated persons, lewd and immoral conduct and noisy and disorderly operations. Any information you may have should be in writing, and should be done in the next week. The information can be forwarded thru the office of our elected officials or sent directly to the Liquor Control Board. If you have any information to submit or questions, let me know. These licenses are up for renewal every 2 years, so now is the time to report to the LCB. If not now, mark your calendars for February 2007, and begin documenting any concerns of establishments that are abusing their license. Bob Staresinic HPCC President
