Those wishing to forego the hoop-making can otherwise purchase a hoop from the instructor for $35 and join us in learning how to use the hoops for the second class session on Feb. 6. When it comes to hooping, size matters! This is why the hoop you use for class is very important. Come learn how to tone, stretch, and move the body through hooping, as we use the hoop to groove and dance to vibrant music in a playful and friendly atmosphere.
