[Highland Park] Enjoy a PSO concert and help East End Kids
ORDER YOUR TICKETS TODAY! Purchase tickets to the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra Concert "Music for the Spirit" on June 24th at 8 PM and help East End kids! Highland Park residents can support the Kids related service projects of the Kiwanis Club of East Liberty by buying a ticket for the Saturday, June 24th 2006 "Music for the Spirit" Concert at Heinz Hall. This social and cultural event is sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of East Liberty as a benefit for Kidz-E-Fest, their K-Kids Club at Fulton Academy in Highland Park and other service projects. The 8:00 PM concert is part of the Pittsburgh Symphonys interfaith Music for the Spirit partnership. Sir Gilbert Levine will be conducting. This Pittsburgh Symphony program includes the United States premiere of John Harbisons Abraham and Mahlers Symphony No. 3 in D Minor with both the Mendelssohn Choir and Children's Festival Chorus of Pittsburgh. The East Liberty Kiwanis Club is hosting an informal gathering in the Grand Tier Lounge on the second level of Heinz Hall from 7:00 7:45 PM. There will be a cash bar.
