I'd be very interested to hear about any experiences folks may have had working with local landscape designers or landscape architects. We are looking for someone to help us with a residential landscape design for our Highland Park home. We would be particularly interested in working with someone knowledgeable about naturalistic design and the use of native plants in an urban setting. Knowledge about landscapes from the Queen Anne period would also be of interest. I realize that these two themes may point in somewhat different directions; the trick will be to find a way to harmonize them. Any input you may have would be much appreciated. Thanks.
