This Fire Sense umbrella-style, 46000 BTU propane patio heater is essentially new. We assembled and tested it so we know it works (and have spared you the assembly headaches), but it has never been used for more than the 10 min test period. It has a heating range of 18 sqft, uses a standard propane tank which lasts up to 10 hrs (propane not included), and comes with a zippered cover and the manual - a complete package. It weighs about 40 lbs and has wheels - please be prepared to move from patio to your vehicle and transport it (two folks recommended). The umbrella shield can easily be removed for transport and reinstalled. This item is selling new for $225-270, depending on the vedor.
