We had to have some exterior painting and caulking done in early October and used Bauer Residential (Brian Bauer is owner). They showed up when they said they would, kept in touch over the course of the job, used high quality materials, were friendly, cleaned up after themselves, didn't jack up the price at the end, and overall, I would recommend them.
