Neighbors, The students in the Youth and Government club at Schenley High School are having a fundraiser to help support their club's activities. The club's purpose is to educate high school students about the principles of democratic government. The students participate in a model legislature, writing legislation throughout the school year, and gathering for a week-end to debate their proposed laws in our state capitol building in Harrisburg. They need to raise funds to support their trip, and they are selling Entertainment Books for $20 each. The books are filled with discount coupons for dining, shopping, etc. You'll easily make your $20 back in a year! If you'd like to purchase a book, please send me an email and I'll make arrangements with one of the students to get it to you!
