[Highland Park] Painter recs please!

Hello Neighborhood! My parents would like to spend a few months in Highland Park this coming winter and would like to find a sublet or house-sitting opportunity. They are flexible in when this could happen — they would like to be here for 1-3 months anytime between December 2012 and April 2013. They are extremely responsible and are non-smokers and also really nice! They just want to be able to visit us and their grandson without having to stay with us for such a long period of time. If you are planning on being away next winter or have a short-term rental available, please let me know. Keep us in mind if you are thinking of going away and have been tormented by the thought of leaving your house unoccupied! Thanks, Todd Shirley
