If you'd like to register for any, please visit: http://www.eastendedenpgh.com/workshops.html *EAT RIGHT FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE *Wednesday April 18, 7-8:30 pm | $25 We are all bombarded with messages telling us to eat certain foods or not eat certain foods. Is milk an important part of a healthy diet? Low Carb? Low Fat? Organic? It's confusing. It is impossible to know what to eat. Eating right can give you energy and vitality! Let Jeff and Cindy Berkowitz, from Intuitive Holistic Health, show you how to improve your life with simple diet changes. This class will be an important first step in the right direction. Join us at East End Eden Wellness Center where we will debunk some of the myths about what foods to eat. *THE GREENER CLEANER* Saturday, April 21 10-noon | $25 Stop using toxic, harsh chemicals to clean your home.
