I spoke to two of the folks at the intersection today.  From what they told me, DOMI shut down the weekend-long closing of the intersection.  The supervisor told me that it would be closed on Friday, but that it would be open at night and over the weekend. I figured that they would know if they were scheduled to work overnight or this weekend. I had emailed Mora McLaughlin (mmclaughlin@pgh2o.com), the PWSA Construction Communication Project Manager, late this morning, but have not heard back from her as of 3 pm (just saying that I have not given her much time to respond). The PWSA site still shows that the intersection is to close for a weekend (https://www.pgh2o.com/projects-maintenance/search-all-projects/highland-rese...). So it does appear to be the PWSA closing the Mellon/Bunkerhill intersection, and not closed for the weekend.  The Yard Sale customers should be able to get here.  Who knows what happens next week, or if they can not finish in one day.
